Flapp (previously named Cabeen) is a travel agent application powered by Lion Air Group. Provide flight searching, ticket booking, online check-in, and boarding pass management for Lion Air Airlines, Batik Air, Wings Air, and Super Air Jet customers.

Briefing Information

The product was initiated by Lion Air Group in May 2020. The team consist of a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, UI Designer, UX Researcher, 2 of Back-end Engineer, 2 of Android Engineer and 2 of iOS Engineer. Our team assigned to created and developed a Online Travel Agent (OTA) application and I’m personally assigned to hands on mobile platform especially Apple’s platform like iOS and iPad.

Responsibilities

Research on Apple’s Wallet platform that support for boarding-pass management in iOS and iPad. Research integration for real-time notification and schedule notification.
🧩
Initiating the base-code, slicing design into the ready-used components following the design language system guideline provide by the Design Language System (DLS) team.
🛠
Translating and slicing a design into code, make sure the application is responsive in all mobile screen size both in iOS and iPad.
🚧
Create and develop application until meet the products requirement and products criteria following the business process and flow.

Product Features

  • Authentication like login and register, filling passenger information
  • Flight searching, make a flight booking, and check-in through the application
  • Users can manage their boarding pass, get reminders for their travel trip plan
  • Users can make online check-in and choose their seat from the application
  • Users can import the boarding pass into the Wallet on their phone
